Finding online players after signing up for Gold.

I just bought Gold membership for my son so he could play Battlefront II with other players. But all we get is that it can't find any other players! Am I missing something? at the moment feel cheated.

Just fixed by signing in online gold and everything still there after deleting account

 

Halo multiplayer issues

Been trying to play some halo online and it will not work. Its worked in the past but Ive been having the same issues for a couples days now. The screen will say "finding players.." and then "found players.." "connecting to server" and after awhile it'll
say "fail to connect" and it will go back to finding players. The lobby will just say finding players and it never finds a single player. Back then It would take maybe 20 seconds to fill the lobby with players. Now im wating 5 minutes and it gets nowhere,
and its the same for every gametype. Does anyone have the same problem?

Thanks for the support message.

Star Wars Battlefront II released in 2005 so that would make that game 11 years old. It is unlikely that anyone even plays that game online anymore and I believe it was released for the original Xbox and Xbox LIVE has been discontinued for that game.

Sorry I got the name wrong, the game we have is STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT.

It's a new game; only released last year.

Still not finding a single other player!

I'd be grateful for any advice I'm clueless here but trying to help my son out.

 

You need to run the network and multiplayer tests and see how they come back , see what the NAT is ...

Did that and all looks OK, NAT is open.

Could it be that nobody in the world plays STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT?

 

No , people play , lots I believe ....do you possibly have restrictions on his account ?

Also , you could go the the "GAMES" on your home screen and download 1 or 2 of the free ones and see if it finds other players....

Yes I'm set to allow on-line gaming... my settings are everything is allowed.

Well I spent 30 mins or so trying to find a free game. Then gave up, really it's the star wars battlefront we want to fix.
