    finding my redeemed add on


    hi...tried redeeming a code for an add on that came with star wars battlefront, jakku....which I did and it said it had been sent to my account but it isnt there. I have followed the procedure put up by xbox, but its saying its not there. Tried to redeem
    again and saying it has been used...where has it gone??

    Redeeming Xbox One content on Xbox.com?

    If you are looking for add on content for your games go to the My Games and apps tab, highlight the game that you redeemed content for and press the menu/star button. From there it gives the option to view Add ons. If redeemed successfully they should show
    up there

    cannot add friend

    I tried from the website, no luck.

    I tried finding his profiel, and just selecting add as friend. No luck.

    Even tried finding him on my dads xbox one, and still same thing.

    I think it has to do with his profile, because i can add other people fine.

    Just for confirmation, Is this the version of Skyrim you own?

    If it is:

    - Have you already checked for the contents of this pack at My Games & apps > Skyrim > Manage game and add-ons > Manage installation? not all DLC content needs to be installed, so there's a chance the content isn't there.

    - Have you already checked if you can claim this content through Skyrim's Creators Club section on its main menu? If you are not able to access the creators club, you will need to link your Xbox and Bethesda accounts.

    - Go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders
    - Sign in using the account you used to redeem the code
    - Look for the content on your order history.
    - Click on the picture/name of the product. This will take you to its listing on the Microsoft Store.
    - Copy the link to the listing page and share it with me.
