Finding my friends on xbox one

Hello, I spent close to 3 hours last night trying to add two of my friends on my xbox with no luck. I am 100% sure their GamerTag was put in correctly and even tried adding them from the xbox website from my computer with no success. I added some of my cousins
and uncles and even other friends just recently with no problem but for some reason can't find these two friends. Has this happened before? How do I fix this? Really frustrated, just bought BO4 and was wanting to pull an all nighter and play with them but
had to cancel due to this problem.

Its awesome that you have several fam members that play on xbox!

kinda wish i had that.

just a for warning when pulling all nighters, take constant breaks and stretch your legs and move around some.

Not trying to scare you but ppl are known to get blood clots in there legs and work there way up. Believe me i know.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. You may not have the gamer tag exactly right. If these are friends you know personally, you can have them add you then add them through your follower list. Also if they have played game with you recently
they will show in recent players.

on xbox one it says i have 0 friends online. I click it and it says find more friends, but when i use the computer app it shows my friends.
