So my email account got deactivated and i forgot the password to microsoft account, and now im stuck and have no clue how to recover my password because my email got deactivated.

Your best bet would be to contact xbox support as long as you can verify at least one account they will be able to assist you in getting the email's changed (if wanted) and password resets.

Make sure that you have access to one of the MSA emails or the phone number that way they can send you a verification code to unlock your account.
