Find our old xbox one account.

We had problem to logg in on our xbox one account. When we had tried several things that didn't work we read on microsoft support side that we should remove the account and reinstall it. We did that but now we cant't get the old account back. Can you help
us?

Remove account that was on broken xbox 360

Our XBox 360 broke and was recycled. Trying to put the account on another XBox 360 and it is not allowing us to use that old account, and we don't have the old box to remove it from there. Trying to remove that account so we can use the new one. I can't
find the answer to this anywhere. Thank you in advance for responding.

Unable to add son to xbox one

As above,

Select child
Sign in as parent
get to the 50c card authorisation, add card details
Then get card already exists on account - go through screens - again!!

Then after about 10 minutes updating account it fails with code 45468.7036976521340.5055251569016685

Go to xbox errorhelp - can't find it

Can anybody help please we are pulling our hair out on this

Just to say the card is on account from xbox and also Microsoft accounts linked to the parents account!

We have the right mailadress and password so that is not the problem. The account had gold card for one year. we can see the account when we search on xbox.

Are you able to sign into the account on Xbox.com? If so, double and triple check that you are using the correct email (check your domain - ie hotmail vs outlook) and try signing into your console again. If you are still experiencing issues, you'll want
to reach out to >>phone support<< for further assistance as we are unable to assist with account issues on the forums.

Thanks for taking the time to reply but the problem is that this summer we got an xbox one x and took it back to the uk without signing out on our old xbox, someone logged in our old xbox and now we cant have access to our main account because its already
on the old xbox

You will need to contact xbox xbox Support to verify they can find it. Because i friend provide his CC information and support find a way to retrieve the account. But you will need to verify that.
