    Hello,

    I have installed Minecraft on PS4 and created new mail (Microsoft account)for my son to play with, but after a few months the console login was maid automatically was not logging in I've forgotten which was the mail and when I reinstall the game it says: Please sing in with your previous connected Microsoft Account: <gametag here>

    Is there a way to find out the mail account from my Gametag?

    Gamertag on XBOX 360 is different than XBOX Live - both signed in with same WLID.

    I am in the same situation as MauveBigFoot85. I have realised the difference between my gametag on the console and on the web when I received mails from XboxLive.

    I think that the gametag LynxSacrement6 has been randomly generated.

    Did you find any solution ?

    I didnt create any account when migrated. As I posted before, I have registered game account and MS account at same e-mail adress. Gametag is shown when I login via web and in launcher too. I've never seen this gametag before migration.

    Why this trend is so long and complicated for support team? Have you checked my migration logs? Did you find something?

    i dont remember how i got this gametag as a never had Xbox. I alwayse login using my personal e-mail. There is no other e-mail for Minacraft.

    Its impossible to log in using Gametag.

    To log in user need to use email\password - for MJ account

    OR e-mail\pass from MS account

    Gametag as username could be used only if accont was registered before 2012. My account was done a year later - in 2013.
