i been trying call xboxone support all day including chat and got no help just effing!! trans ere that cost money for pointless stupid people to tell you we dont sell kinnect separably took me 5 people find out so bs so im down money on pointless calls

its so frustrating you cant buy xboxone kinnect at stores or even Microsoft itself i find it [Mod Removed] im starten to feel go back to ps4

what if xboxone kinnect got stolen or misplace to bad you cant buy one so stupid!!!!! so many problems with this launch all seemed rushed to me you could buy xbox 360 sensor in stores but not xboxone so not happy microsoft i been calling use all day about
this by looks of it i wont be getting a kinnect so have buy new stuff that! find expensive enough pay 700$ aus

whats a jaytag ? people have told me i mite have been up loaded it to a jaytaged box.an as far as moving on go's i can an i mite .if it cant be fixed or reset. why dosent micosoft do something about the hackers.thought that was the point i could play my

Lost the code for the free game(Battlefield 1) came with the original purchase before downloading it

Since the purchase was made from Best Buy they would be the ones you'd need to talk to. Microsoft are not responsible for lost or stolen codes. Unfortunately there generally is no way to retrieve a lost code.

If you filed SN in there services file. They can track the KINECT itself when someone gose online. And when gose bad. You get a replacement at some cost. I do not know about the lost part thought.

Too late for me. I was refunded for the kinnect itself by the seller and later discovered that nobody sells the kinnect separately. I can do without it for a time but for the xbox one to be used to its full potential as advertised, I really can't do
without a kinnect.

I dont think Minecraft is in Ultimate Game Pass or Play Anywhere on PC.... i just had a look on the Xbox (Beta) app on PC and i cant find it.... but you can get it from the Microsoft store on PC and buy it...
