A while ago i asked if anyone knew how to unhide games previously hidden from your ready to install section without going in the store or looking in your purchase history and everyone agreed its not possible any other way after it was determined that a hard
reset will fix this issue.

I just found a way that is not pointed out on the website but only in the xbox assist page - go into games and apps, select ready to install then hold the left stick clicked in and press X.

I hope this helps anyone else with large libraries of games who are missing games in the ready to install section that where automatically hidden

If anyone from the microsoft support team sees this, please be sure to notify the phone operators and other tech support staff of this fix, as to improve quality of customer support and have less people being told to do things that dont work

That sounds like some that might be on the history of the console and was removed due to either, disappeared from game pass ect. But the one you have brought forward isn't accessible on all system. Example I tried this one mine and it doesn't work (Might
be due to am in the insider program who knows)

Unfortunately even your order history wont show you the games you have claimed via games with gold.

I keep a spreadsheet of everything I purchase and use a third party site to also keep track of my game collection.

Games disappear from the ready to install when they are delisted or randomly.

Hi there, I know this can be frustrating when trying to see all of your games. It has happen to me a couple of times now. I fixed my issue by performing a hard reset and when I powered my Xbox back up my games were all there in the ready to install section.
I'm not sure if this will fix your issue but its the first step to try and problem solve what's going on.

To perform a Hard Reset you Hold your power button on your Xbox for 8 to 10 seconds or until it turns off. Once the Xbox is off unplug your power pack from the Xbox so it has no power running into it. Leave the power pack unplugged
for 5 to 10 minutes and then plug it back in and start up your Xbox.
