    Hello,

    Do Not reset your xbox one!! both options will erase your local xbox one saves!



    press the XBOX power button

    it will highlight "home"

    you'll see two options to the right

    choose, system options,

    Home - refresh,

    your game content blocks are back.

    I'm afraid that's not possible. The content is yours and cannot be removed. On Xbox One, you can set up parental controls that block your children and grandchildren from accessing content you deem inappropriate. You can uninstall content you don't want
    and hide it from your Ready to Install list so it's no longer visible to those who use your console.
