    Finally passed the "pending" status, download suddenly disappeared


    Just like that. I finally got out of the pending status and it took me to the Store. I started downloading the file but it suddenly disappeared from queue and if I go back to Store it says "Installing".

    What can I do now?

    how long a review of the case lasts

    If the case is closed under the review section

    then they rendered their decision console bans are final

    If the case status is still pending then it's still under review noone but you can see the status

    It shows pending on the active downloads page, after a few seconds it moves to the currently downloading section for less than a second then disappears and displays a message at the bottom of the screen that says "Cant Download The Vile Lair" or whichever

    Thanks Everyone. Finally contacted support. They gave me a ship date but that was not visible on the order status, just kept showing pending. Would have been great to be able to see the date.
