Finally I can play Destiny.....

Geek I have never said you can skip cutscenes. It was Az that suggested that some people were.

Disconnect your Xbox 360 is the first. Secondly, reconnect the Xbox 360 to Xbox Live. Finally, play Destiny.

 

@Digital, yes they definatley should have incorporated the Grimoire lore into the game in some way, I just cant be botherd with looking at them on smartglass. Thats one of the reasons it can feel a bit sterile in my opinion.

 

You can skip cutscenes. I've done it. Can't remember which one I pressed but there's only so many on the ONE controller (and to be fair you may have to watch them the 1st time around).

However many people will have "skipped" them by simply being in a party yapping about Hookahs instead of listening to the dulcet tones of Peter Dynkfellow wax philosophical on the perils of the great collapse.

Having to watch through the cutscene the first time that you trigger it is normal for most games. However, whether or not you can skip them after seeing them already is completely up to the developer. The option to skip cutscenes should be standard for
all games after it has been watched once

I replay a few of the missions most times i play and you can't skip any of the cutscenes. I've tried every button on the controller and none of them allow me to skip.

Instead i just sit in my inventory as its more interesting than destiny's story mode.

 

Have you unlocked your airstrikes yet?

 

Watching paint dry is more interesting than this game's story. The narrator and the crucible announcer are seriously the most dull people ever. They could have definitely picked better voices.

The problem with Destiny's story is that it has been chopped up to be made into future DLC, this is why I am playing the Campaign Mode of Halo Reach now

It is so Borderlandish it aint funny..... weapon and enemies lvl up with you.... the lame, boring claptrap...

 

^Thing is, you can nearly twist Destiny into any universe, like I could draw comparisons to the star wars or Mass Effect universes too.

Though, what do you think of it King? I was nearly going to post today, wondering how you've gotten on. I don't know if being borderlands is a good thing for you or not?

Guys read the last few Grimoire cards you got for completing the story of the game and you will realise it had s finale but also left plenty of questions and hints at the future of the game.

 

So to properly understand the story of the game, you have to leave the game?

Anyone else see a flaw in that?
