    Finally got to try out XCloud gaming on 5G....


    Finally went out to test how well XCloud gaming would work on my iPhone 12 mini over T-Mobiles 5G network. Played Destroy all Humans and it ran really well. Stream was smooth with no noticeable lag.

    Tested using my Xbox Series X controller using one of the clip on things. Will be picking up a Backbone One controller soon as that will be a lot more portable then carrying around a XSX controller.

    Project XCloud - not all ISP's are the same

    I found that sticking with my 5G connection works so much better for Xcloud. You could try that and see if this helps.

    Is Microsoft aware that we cannot play xCloud over 5G on iOS due to overheating and device throttling?

    It’s a common and complex issue that has to do with Microsoft’s own code overworking the hardware during streaming. Our phones literally overheat because of xCloud on 5G. I’m aware that 5G runs hot but this is not normal behavior.

    the moga is compatible in xcloud game pass in phone, beacause, im playing all days in Samsun Galaxy S20 ultra 5g, maybe not xbox, but in PC and Phone yes

    Cant Play Xbox cloud gaming.

    Remote play only works.if you have a xbox console

    Why would.you use a fps heavy game on xcloud you drop framerates

    Especially with the beauty of.the fps

    Trust.me.60fps is beautiful

    120fps if you have the tv

    That being said you gotobthe.game.section of.the xbox.app and.you have.cloud and games (cloud for xcloud.)

    And if you doMt.have a good.connection you won't be able.to.use xcloud

    5ghz Wi-Fi and a broadband or LTE or 5g connection is needed

    And yes xcloud is connection dependent
