    Finally got the update to complete!!!


    Hey guys, I'm not sure what actually fixed my issue but, I unplugged my Xbox one, went into offline mode, removed games and apps until I had 100gb available and removed the game disc from the tray. Connected online and updated the software and it went
    through with no issues. Hope this helps everyone

    Xbox one update issues

    Really *** right now,got my son and I an Xbox one for Christmas and can't use it!! Took over an hour to update, finally complete, update loaded and then shut down, turned back on and said its time to update and it won't, so now I have a $400 black box and
    a pretty upset kid!! Merry f...ing Christmas

    WinZip Error Message

    Thanks for the advice... I finally got the download to complete successfully and successfully moved it onto my external hard drive. When I attempted to update my Xbox, I got an error message saying the update could not be completed. I attempted this twice
    with the same result.

    Any suggestions other than downloading the zip file again?
