Finally got access to my account back

So it's been about a month since having to change my password for reasons I'm still unclear about. Now when changing my passwords I can't use anything I've used before which is a huge inconvenience but whatever fine. Then Xbox tells me I can't sign in because
my password is incorrect. Meanwhile I'm signing in to EVERY single other microsoft service with the password.

Now after a month of using a backup silver xbox live account to watch netflix and my xbox live gold on my main is draining away without any use at all I decide to contact support but tried my password one more time. I thought I had hit the wrong button on
my password so I hit it again and no characters came up on the screen.

That's when I realized that on Xbox, there is a MAXIMUM character limit. So I changed my password to a shorter one and now it works.

Seriously though. A maximum character limit. What the actual **** microsoft. That prevented me from using the gold I pay for for a month.

My account was hacked

After a month and a few days I've gotten some of my money back and finally have access to my account back. If you want to check if "fiems" got you, go to account management through windows live and look at the associated email addresses.

My account got hacked and I finally got it back but I got comms banned
