    Just received a confirmation from Advocacy Team saying they finally fixed my account and I can now make purchases with the money in my account! I checked, and it works! Man I am so happy. After the countless phone calls, emails, etc. It all paid off. If
    you guys are still having trouble, DONT GIVE UP! Keep at it and be relentless. Hope you all have a Happy New Year!

  6. I'm glad you did because I'm just going round in circles with them.

    I'm 100% sure I get put through to automated robots all the time.

    3 weeks this is been happening now and I'm no closer to getting it fixed.

  7. I feel your pain dude just keep doing what you're doing. At one point, I was emailing like 5 or 6 different Advocacy team members twice a day and calling Xbox support every night after work. Eventually you will get yours fixed man don't give up hope. It
    seems tedious, and it does get frustrating but it is better than doing nothing. I did lose my patience a few times with some of the support techs who answer the phone, but they were just doing their job with what resources they have. Anyway, I'm just relieved
    that it's finally over. Hope the rest of you have a similar outcome soon.

    I just received an email saying my account is re-enabled to make purchases and should work within 24-48 hours.

    I don't hold much hope though because I got that same email a few days before xmas and it never worked.

  9. Yeah I got a few of those. Last rep I emailed (who was awesome by the way, he actually responded without a pre-written statement) said he was able to see my purchases, and even when I attempted to make purchases. He said my problem might have been fixed
    awhile ago if I had not tried to make a purchase before the 48 hours was up. If you do, the clearance is reset and they have to go back and open your account again. So make sure you give it a full 48 hours, maybe more before you try to see if your problem
    is fixed. If it still doesn't work after 48, then keep doing what you've been doing and they should have a fix for ya soon.

    At this point in time, we have successfully removed the lock from your Xbox LIVE account. You should be able to resume purchases on Xbox LIVE using valid payment instruments and points within 24 - 48 hours from receiving this email.

    The last two reps I emailed that finally fixed my account and would actually talk to me we're Josh and Nicole. You'll know you're good to go when you get an email like this:

    At this point in time, we have successfully removed the lock from your Xbox LIVE account. You should be able to resume purchases on Xbox LIVE using valid payment instruments and points within 24 - 48 hours from receiving this email.
