Finally a Wheel for Forza 5

Well I hate to say but I haven't played Forza 5 for quite a while. Been waiting for a wheel to finally come in stock.

Decided to go with Thrustmaster's TX racing Wheel. Vid below.

I have Fanatec CSR wheel and Elite pedals with Forza 4. Trusmaster fo XB1 and Forza 5, why?? Two wheels, wheel stands and two consoles, no way...

Forza 5 has a Ferarri steering wheel for preorder at Gamestop. Too bad it's $399

 

The Thrustmaster is a great wheel!! I preordered mine and have been using it since November.

I know they were hard to find at times - but I'm pretty sure they were always available somewhere (when big box stores were out of stock - people were finding them at Newegg.com and Radio Shack). I'm surprised you haven't been able to find one until now.

Isn't the Thrustmaster TX the *only* available wheel for the XB1 at this time? Looks like there's a MadCatz one coming out in June, and that's about it.

I'll get out my stick to continue beating the dead horse and say...call me when there's support for my existing Fanatec wheel.

Oh, I'm not...it's not like I've got money for an XB1 anyway. Fanatec/MS could announce something tomorrow saying that all Fanatec wheels are supported, and honestly it wouldn't make an ounce of difference to me. It would just be nice to know that the
support is there should I be in a position to buy one in the future.

 

I doubt that Fanatec wheels that worked on the 360 will ever be supported on the Xbox one. Fanatec has already said the best they would offer is a new wheel that works on the Xbox one that also works with existing Fanatec pedals/shifters. So you're still
going to have to buy a new wheel - but at least the attachments will work.

I do miss seeing you in my rivals leaderboards. Hope you make the jump Sometime soon!
