Can confirm, looks like the issue has been fixed and the game has appeared in my ready to install queue today without needing to do any region switching, thanks!

Hey everyone!

I wanted to drop in and let you all know that this issue appears to be resolved. Please power cycle your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds, until the Xbox One powers off. Once it's off, turn it back on and check under the Ready to
Install list for the content.

Let me know if that works out for you

I talked too an agent but he says I need xbox360 but I dont have one anymore plus I thought final fight double impact was an backwards compatibility game

Hey there ozBody Count100!

Be sure the region of your account is also set to the US. If it's set to a country other than your physical locale you may not have access to it. Have you tried purchasing the content here on Xbox.com?

You won't be able to purchase the 360 title from the Xbox One or Xbox.com using a Microsoft gift card or account currency. The only way to purchase 360 content with currency/gift card is through an Xbox 360 console.

Hey guys Final Fight Double Impact is included in the Capcom Digital Collection for XBox 360 I tried installing from disc but nothing. Does anyone know if it would install since it is on a compilation disc?
