Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition game hub is showing up under Xbox One X Console.

their seems to be a bug on my Xbox one system, where my copy of Final Fantasy XV Day One Edition (Xbox one Physical Disc) is loading the game hub for Windows Edition, instead of Xbox Edition for its game hub to add to home page, this problem has existed
for month still on new xbox one x, if theirs going to be a fix, I guess it will be a few more months before a patch fixes this error, also I reported it to the makers of this games website a few weeks ago, just wanted to update it with that info.

I got my copy of Far Cry 5 disc version at Gamestop, its installed and updated but says I don't own

cannot rate any physical disc content from my xbox one, also having an problem with Final Fantasy XV Day one Edition showing up as Final Fantasy XV Windows edition from its game hub, under manage game I can still get to the xbox one
version but rating and reviewing is missing from the xbox one version of final Fantasy XV which maybe related to Far Cry 5 game saying that I don't own it and reading you are unable to rate this content message from Microsoft store, anyway here are a few more

I have not been able to rate my game that I got from my local Gamestop store, its installed but says

which is show under manage game go to Microsoft store link its again missing the screen that the Far Cry 5 game shows since the rating and review system seems to be missing for Final Fantasy XV day one edition which is xbox one only game, not the windows port
at all again I don't no if that way related to the problem with Far Cry 5 rating and review system not working on my xbox one console or not. its game hub for Final Fantasy XV is linking to the Windows Edition on my xbox one console for the Day One Edition
of that game which may not or maybe related to this problem of not being able to rate the games, which may get fixed in an update for Microsoft store I don't no yet anyway, if an fix to this problem is coming out soon.

and my other topic related to this current problem is under Support for my Far Cry 5 game section which when I went to report this here last week, I was not sure if this should of been under support or this area anyway.

Heya!

This is definitely an odd issue, can you post photos or a video of what you are seeing and a photo of the disc and case for that disc?

What steps have you tried so far? Have you uninstalled the game and then reinstalled?

At this point if you would like to try and correct these issues we recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the titles because we can surmise that the issue is related to a corrupt file installed on the console.

If you do not mind the odd labeling and it does not affect your ability to play then feel free to not attempt these steps, but if you do want to try and troubleshoot it let us know when you have fully uninstalled the games, power cycled the console, and
reinstalled.

reinstalled.

I went ahead and did uninstalling and reinstalling the Final Fantasy XV Day One Edition, and told it to do the 32GB updates later on, which I have to re-download now for it after the disc is done reinstalling it, on the Add to Home and Add to Pins they
are still loading the Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition even after I uninstalled it , from the physical disc for this game, its still loading the wrong game hub and wrong version under Microsoft store from its game hub, as of today when I tried what you asked
of me. its installing the disc image to the internal hard drive and not my 3.0 USB 4TB drive, I did not uninstall the game add-on's but that should not be needed to fix this problem and again I keep my console in Energy-Power Saving mode , so uninstalling
and rebooting should not be needed , anyway I just wanted to write back that uninstalling the main game and reinstalling it from the disk does not fix that fact its connecting this game to its windows edition under the Xbox one instead of the correct Xbox
one edition which the disc only has on it. I hope that helps , so since uninstalling it did not work to fix it, I think either this needs to be fixed in Microsoft store or in the next firmware update for the Xbox console itself, otherwise I have no idea at
this point what to try to fix this problem, again it does not effect me being able to play the game, it just effects the games shortcuts like add to home and add to pins, again under My Games and Apps to connects it to the right Xbox one edition under that

also I have still have an old Xbox 360 console with its Kinect that I still play on once and awhile on but I don't see any problems on it like this game is having this year, just seems to effect my Xbox one console that came with
its own Kinect that seems to be having this problem with this one game. I use my Xbox account with both Xbox consoles and my windows 10 pc's desktop and laptop computers too, so I have access to both Microsoft store apps from both my windows 10 pc's and my
Xbox one, but I don't think windows 10 should be causing this error , since I am getting only this type of error on my Xbox one console which is only related to my Xbox one console I think. this problem started a bit after I noticed the Final Fantasy XV Windows
edition demo in my Windows 10 laptop in the Microsoft store app, that's when I noticed that my xbox one edition started loading the Final Fantasy XV Windows edition game hub and pins plus that add to home feature which seems to of replaced my Xbox one edition
game hub and add to home Xbox one edition on my xbox one console anyway if that helps,

This is the other game problem, I don't no if these two problems are connected or not. since the Windows edition of that game show up on my console, it has not been able to rate & review the xbox one edition on that console, it reads that as owned but this
new game is not reading as owned under Microsoft store, again I don't no if these problems are related or not. I don't plan on uploading any more jpg images, I think at this point I don't need to add any more images of these two problems from my xbox one,
anyway I do hope both of these problems get an fixed in any case.
