    Final Fantasy XV Pre-order Bonus Pack - Missing Code for Xbox One Avatar Outfit and Pet


    I pre-ordered FFXV on the 21/05/16, the DLC downloaded instantly, however on the store it states pre-ordering the game will earn you a special noctis outfit and carbuncle pet for your avatar. The code is stated as being sent within 7-10 days of pre-ordering
    to the message centre.

    I have not yet received the code for this bonus content and require some assistance in having the code sent through.

    I have gone through support [mod removed] and was advised to leave a post here.

    Any and all help will be appreciated

    Date of Purchase: 16th May, 2016

    Promo Item(s): Final Fantasy XV PRE ORDER Bonus pack code is not received at all.
