Hi, I pre-ordered Final Fantasy XV on the 3rd April 2016 and still haven't received the Pre-order bonus avatar items.

 

You don't get a game code. The game becomes available to play automatically on 30th September.

Do you mean the codes for the Noctis outfits and Carbuncle pet?

When did you pre-order? Can take up to 10 days for the codes to appear in your Xbox One message center.
