    FINAL FANTASY XV pc game pass prompto photo error


    Hello everybody,

    I have a problem with this game. When i go to a sanctuary, i see that prompto didn't take any photo. When i try to take a photo manually, i have a error massage who say: save failed. When i do a quest who need to take a photo the game bug and i can't move
    noctis, go to the menu etc, i just can move the camera. I tried to reinstall the game but the problem is still here.

    Anyone can help me ?

    I am sorry to hear of this trouble. The only other case ive heard of this, the person ended up starting over after not finding a solution. I hope that you can find something else to work, but if not that is my suggestion.

    Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to answer your question. It would seem quite a few players are experiencing an issue with downloading this DLC. After verifying on your account that you have the proper License to the content please try removing your profile
    from the Xbox One and redownloading it. Here is an excerpt from the final fantasy website "FINAL FANTASY XV MULTIPLAYER: COMRADES is available to players who purchased FINAL FANTASY XV and the FINAL FANTASY XV Season Pass, FINAL FANTASY XV MULTIPLAYER: COMRADES
    or the previously-released FINAL FANTASY XV MULTIPLAYER EXPANSION: COMRADES (DLC version) ". Please let us know how it goes.

    Like others have mentioned, there has been no official announcement on when the Final Fantasy Collection will be added to Game Pass.

    Final Fantasy XV has been added to the service this month, and the Game Pass Twitter account has already indicated more titles will also be added; however, they haven't said which games or when.

    It's basically a wait and see.
