Discus and support Final Fantasy XV: Audio Problem in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Since update 1.23 + royal pack came out, and after instaling the royal pack DLC, the game stopped having audio what so ever (menus, in-game, etc)....     Final Fantasy XV: Audio Problem


    Since update 1.23 + royal pack came out, and after instaling the royal pack DLC, the game stopped having
    audio what so ever (menus, in-game, etc).

    Already re-installed game + DLC, restarted console (clear cache included), and the issue remains.

    Hey there,

    Is there any audio settings in-game that would need to be set to match your Xbox One consoles audio settings? Additionally, is Final Fantasy XV the only game this issue occurs in?

    Final Fantasy XV: Audio Problem

    After turning on my console today, I tryed to play FF XV again, and this time, everything was back to normal, i had audio from menus, in-game, everywhere.

    Still don't know what caused the issue, and I hope it won't happen again

    Happy to hear that everything is working once more.

    Sounds like there may have been an issue with the update that the dev team must have fixed.

    For future reference when running into issues like this within a specific game that does not carry over to other games it is best to report the bug to the developer of that game if troubleshooting did not help.

    This will help the developer become aware of the issue and release a fix much faster.

    Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to answer your question. It would seem quite a few players are experiencing an issue with downloading this DLC. After verifying on your account that you have the proper License to the content please try removing your profile
    from the Xbox One and redownloading it. Here is an excerpt from the final fantasy website "FINAL FANTASY XV MULTIPLAYER: COMRADES is available to players who purchased FINAL FANTASY XV and the FINAL FANTASY XV Season Pass, FINAL FANTASY XV MULTIPLAYER: COMRADES
    or the previously-released FINAL FANTASY XV MULTIPLAYER EXPANSION: COMRADES (DLC version) ". Please let us know how it goes.
