Final Fantasy XIII not registering as a backwards Comparable

I am wondering if anyone can help with this issue, im currently having trouble with FF XIII as it is not booting up and keeps saying this game is not playable as I insert disc 1, although its states the game is comparable as from today.

Any help will be appreciated,

It may not have gone live yet. Because of the time zones it sometimes takes awhile for it to become active. I'm sure it will be up later today. I'm looking forward to playing that again as well as the other ones.

sorry your experiencing this issue, so what were going to do is a factory reset.

Press the Xbox button
to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select System.

Select Console info & updates.

Select Reset console.

(Remember select keep game sand apps) this will refresh your console.

It might not have gone live yet I would say try again about 6pm and if it's still not then try again at 9pm.

Also I would say look at xbox on twitter they will say when it's gone live

 

This is not helpful and in fact is too brash of a conclusion without more fact-finding. It's important to direct users to a proper and logical tree of solutions and troubleshooting. It sounds like the time zone issue is what's causing the problem, or it
could be a slew of other issues. Best to look down those avenues first.

 

Restart your console and try again. It should be available now. It's around 30gb.
