Id most like to see Ace combat 4,5 and ZERO get a HD remaster!!!!

Thanks to whoever fixed this it's much appreciated, I now own the game. Also thanks to Geoness for raising the issue.

I'm also trying to buy it. I think I may know what happened. So the Square Enix golden week sale is going right now. If you look at the newsletter square sent out, everything discounted right now on the microsoft store is globally discounted (steam, Playstation, etc). And the prices are all in lockstep. So what square is selling for $10 on steam, microsoft is selling for $9.99 on the marketplace. $15 on steam is $14.99 on the xbox marketplace. FF12 is not part of the sale on any platform, so it remains full price. FFX is part of the sale, however. For $15.

I believe microsoft meant to discount FFX and accidentally removed it from the store. Unfortunately, this wouldn't be the first time. Microsoft has been making a lot of mistakes lately. Earlier this week Forza Horizon 1 was relisted for a few hours when it was originally pulled 6 years ago. Before that, IN-VERT and Lanternium were accidentally delisted and came back after 2 or so weeks. Before that Qbert and 11 other games were hard delisted, where the page was completely taken down and you couldn't even re-download them from your history. And that's just some of the issues I can recall off the top of my head since November.

Being that this is a Final Fantasy game (and one of the bigger ones at that), the fact that it hasn't even been out for a year, and that it's still available for game pass on PC all scream that this was a mistake. I've already reached out to square over the issue, but their response was to contact Microsoft as they have no control over the microsoft store. They said they will look into it, though, as I reminded them that everyday it isnt available for purchase, they are losing money.

Microsoft customer support is unhelpful in these situations (no offense to the support reading this, but i've never had a support agent actually be able to help me, no matter what the problem is. I either find a workaround or in a global issue like this, directly contact a game developer or project lead to contact their liason at microsoft to fix the issue). MS customer support pretty much just reads from a script and from what I can tell, have no real way to escalate something like this. When I spoke to them a few days ago, I was told to buy a code from a retail store (as if microsoft makes physical codes for any Windows games other than flight simulator) or to buy it on another platform (which defeats the purpose of trying to buy it from microsoft).

Simply put, this issue needs to be brought to someone who works on the marketplace listings. I can pretty much guarantee they meant to include it with the sale but accidentally killed it. The worst part is, when they do figure it out, the golden week sale will be over, and it'll be removed from game pass, so any hope of the intended sales prices will be out the window. So we will be shafted twice.
