Final fantasy IX don't open in Xbox series s

I downloaded final fantasy 9 from my friend account but it's don't start.

I did everything from redownload to check my friend account is home.

Every game from my friend account work fine.

Any help? except reset my console...

His account is home on My Xbox and I just play his game on my account.

I do this for long time and I haven't had any issues except this game.

I think I didn't break any rules.
