    Final Fantasy 7 - Error Code while saving


    I have lost a saved game while playin Final Fantasy 7 on Xbox One. Right after the game was supposed to save, the error code 8x0004005 show up. The save menu would show my saving files, but after reloading it was replaced with my previous saved game.

    Is it saved on a Cloud and it is a problem with the Sync?

    Unplanned Maintenance (May 29)

    Hello Françoi,

    Have you tried to clear the cache and turn off the console and uplug the power adapter and leave for 20 seconds replug the power adapter in and reboot see if that helps if not try checking square enix support page for any known issues regarding this issue.

    I will try it. By clearing the cache, I will delete my saved game right? Not that it really matters, I've played for only 20 minutes..
