    I preordered the season pass for Xbox one, but never received the avatar gear? Is it not for the season pass or did I need to get the deluxe version?

    hi, habe vor 25 tagen die digitale deluxe edition von final fantasy 15 gekauft. wird bei spiele und apps angezeigt icl. vorbesteller add on's.

    ABER ich habe keinen code für die avatar gegenstände bekommen, weder auf die xbox one, noch als mail auf mein ms konto.

    sollte ja nach 7- 10 tagen ankommen, leider nicht. support telefonisch kontaktiert, kein erfolg. sollte mich hier melden und hoffe auf hilfe. danke schonmal.
