Final Fantasy 13 game pass keyboard and mouse not working in game.

I installed Final Fantasy 13 on game pass. I'm running windows 10. As soon as the game launches after my Xbox launcher says welcome back. The beginning of the video plays for Final Fantasy. Ive pressed every key and clicked every button. I even hooked my Xbox one controller to my PC. Nothing happens. I cant skip the video, after the video i cant select to play or hit settings there is no cursor even available.

Please try this:
Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available;

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services.

after that do this:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

Then do the same for the Xbox app and Final Fantasy game:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

If you're a fan of older Final Fantasy games, you can't go wrong with Lost Odyssey. It's more like Final Fantasy than Final Fantasy 13...

Final Fantasy games are great RPG games, I really liked Final Fantasy 13 the graphics were fantastic on the Xbox 360
