    I have a disk version of final fantasy 12 and whenever I try to play, it automatically closes the game without even making it to the main menu. the disk is in and should be reading it properly, but it doesn't. I have tried everything I can think of such as uninstalling and reinstalling the game only for the exact same thing to happen every time. There hasn't been a similar issue with any of the other games I tried, only this one. Is there any way this can be fixed, or is the game no longer playable and I can't get my money back?

    May I know if you're able to test the game with a different console?

    This helps us to isolate a bit more the issue.

    If not, are you receiving an error when the game closes or simply you go back to the xbox dashboard?

    And, please tell me briefly which troubleshooting steps you have done so far to fix this, in that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed
