    Hi, my question is this. Why does the "Films & TV" application not have it's own volume control yet?

    It has an area where we can plug in our own USB to watch movies, or Via "Media Servers" but my TVs lowest volume setting is so loud with everything I play off my USB or media servers at night. PLEASE HELP.

    I believe if an update becomes available so we can have our own volume control for the Films & TV app for the Xbox One, we will have alot of happy customers.

    I can't be the only one that uses their Xbox to watch movies and TV, and I really enjoy it too.

    I had problems playing movies last night. Gave up and went to bed in the end. Youtube worked fine so I guess it was a problem with the movies servers.

    Same here. Tried hard reset, didnt work.

    Netflix/Stan all working so no connection problem on my end.

    Just says server error etc 0x801901f4

    And my video rental time keeps ticking down anyway..

    Hello kai000bubbles,

    Are you having this issue with your Xbox One?

    If so, I would advise you to Power Cycle/Clear the Xbox One caché and try to play the movies again.

    Clear Xbox One caché steps :

    1. Press and hold the power button on the front of the Xbox until it turns off completely.
    2. Unplug the power brick from the back of the Xbox. Press and hold the power button on the Xbox several times to expel any remaining power and clear the cache.
    3. Plug in the power brick.
    4. Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.
    5. Turn the Xbox back on as you would normally.

    Power cycle :

    Press the Powen On button from your console 10 seconds while having the console turned on.

    Wait a minute.

    Power on again via your gamepad or console.
