Hallo Ik heb 2 films gehuurd en betaald uit de Microsoft Store 1 van de films heb ik inmiddels wel al binnen de ander daar zit ik nu al 3uur op te wachten dit kan toch niet juist zijn? Van de eerste film kreeg via de email een bericht dat deze betaald was
van de tweede helaas niets ontvangen maar wel via iDeal betaald wat ik ook kan zien bij mijn bankgegevens.

So you rented 2 movies from the Microsoft Store but you only received one film? Have you confirmed that the transactions were completed by checking your account order history at
account.microsoft.com/orders?

Also have you checked through the Movies & TV app on your Xbox One console, Windows 10 PC, or mobile device if you see the movie?

Digital movies purchased form the Microsoft store are only streamed to your console, there is no download option so you require a connection to view them.

On a Windows 10 PC you can use the Movies and TV app to download them for offline viewing.

I’m using the Film and Tv app to watch these, so should download a VLC player on Microsoft store or something.

I see your confusion. Since we have a branch called "Microsoft Movies and TV" which is where you purchase movies and TV (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/movies-and-tv), what that FAQ entry is saying
is that "Season Passes from the Microsoft Movies and TV store" are not eligible for MyVIP. I can see how this could be read as "Microsoft Movies" and "TV Store Season Passes" are not eligible.

You are correct that the season passes are not eligible, but movie purchases are fine. TV episodes that are not a Season Pass purchase will also work. We'll let our web team know about this feedback!
