    Bonjour,

    J'ai acheté le film sonic pour mon fils, hors la vidéo se bloque 30 secondes au début du film.

    J'ai redémarré ma console, supprimé et réinséré le film dans ma vidéothèque mais toujours le même problème. Que puis-je faire d'autre ?

    Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue playing a film on your Xbox One. Are you using a disc or did you rent/purchase the movie on your Xbox One. To troubleshoot this further please try performing a

    i have the same problem. I can look the trailers of films without problem and if I want to look the film I get the 0x800c000b error.
    I can also watch trailers, but no films that I have purchased. I have reset my router, reset my Xbox, restored purchase films on the app, restalled the film and tv app, restalled my xbox profile, checked that I'm online. I had an update to the windows store
    the other day, both on my PC and Xbox. I can only assume that this has done it. I can't even download the films on my PC.

    Amazon instant video

    Amazon Instant Video shows any films purchased through Amazon and any Amazon Prime content.

    Xbox doesn't have a Prime App, rather Xbox Video which only shows films and shows purchased through Xbox Store.

    If films/shows purchased from Amazon aren't showing in Amazon Instant Video app you will need to contact Amazon Customer Support to verify your purchases.

    Remember, Amazon Prime content changes so they remove films/shows periodically and add new ones. Amazon Instant Video purchases remain all the time.
