Discus and support Film/TV, Netflix in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Last night I had rented a movie and the Film/TV app on Xbox One crashed and took my console down with it.     Last night I had rented a movie and the Film/TV app on Xbox One crashed and took my console down with it. Once I got it back up I cant launch that app anymore, nor can I launch the Netflix app either.

    I've rebooted the console, unplugged it and reset it that way and still no luck. It boots up ok but those apps always fail and sometimes crash my system.

    Anyone else having similar issues?

    Netflix v Lovefilm v Wuaki??

    I've never heard of wuaki. Lovefilm is best for films - olduns, 2010, 2011 & 2012 and the odd 2013 release (usually low budget independant films. Netflix is best for tv collections like fringe, breaking bad (weekly new episodes) etc. Both do tv and film
    but netflix has the most variety in tv.

    There have been articles about Netflix and YouTube struggling to keep up with demand and lowering the bandwidth due to so many people being on it during these times, when more people are at home. It's not a problem on your end. I'm glad at least you were
    able to get a refund since you had difficulties with it.

    Had to uninstall the entire Film/TV app and reinstall it.

    Seems to be working now.

    Got a message refund is on it's way for unfinished movie rental.
