FILM&TV App doesn’t play movie

Hi all

the app to FILM&TV to play movie doesn’t work properly because it doesn’t allow me to reproduce the movie I've bought .

the first time you try to launch the movie an error appears : 0x800c00b

Following the guide found in the support page nothing happens and after many attempts another error comes up : 0xc101ab66

Can you please help me to fix the problem, all the content I've bought is not available to play.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help troubleshoot the issue.

First, is this on Xbox One or on Windows 10? We won't really know how to troubleshoot if we don't know what device you are using or what steps you tried on the support article that did not help.

If you are on Xbox One, please check out this article: "Troubleshoot Movies & TV on Xbox One"

Please try everything on those articles, and if you have both an Xbox One and a Windows 10 PC, try watching the movie on either platform.

Let us know what device you are using and specifically what steps you have tried.
