    Try a Power Cicle on your Xbox, press and hold Power Button for 10 seconds and wait 2 minutes then turn Xbox on again.

    Hello Final Wolf Howl, For this type of issue I would recommend contacting an official agent directly via phone at 18004myxbox(18004699269) so the agent can pull up your account and further investigate this issue.
