Film and TV ain't working

The exact same for me the last two days it just keeps saying the same thing that it can't play I mean I just payed $20 for a tv series u wanna be able to watch it yet can't Ive tryed numerous things to fix it also but nothing works

I have had the exact same problem, also for about the last 2-3 days, seriously annoying if I hadve known I wouldn’t be able to watch any of the movies I bought i obviously would’ve never bought them, getting ridiculous at this point.

Having same issue for 2 days now. I have tried all the troubleshooting solutions. I have called xbox support and with did a full factory reset on my xbox one x. Still not working. Have checked tirelessly for solutions, but nothing. Might have to ask for refunds for all my 622 movies if I cant watch them.
