Filling a case review on my account.

Hello, Id like to raise my suspension on my old orgininal account that was named SplatterPuss91 Recently forced to change to Fluffypup453256 Because it is currently suspended In the last four days its gone from a forced name change to a communication
ban in which I did say the word **** because I was frustrated that a team member left without a reason and didnt join back, it was quicker at the time to message I should of reported instead and saved the communication ban, From Last night from around 1ish
am Australian time until 9 am I was asleep and woke up to see its gone from a communication ban until the 6th of march to a ban untill the year 9999.

Was hoping if there is someone I can talk to about it as Ive been getting reported alot lately and I party and play with two close people I do have 5 peoples gamertags that I have suspsion that have been falsely reporting me

I did do the questionaire for the banned account but I struggle at reading great even typing this im struggling too So now i have to wait 24 hours to do it again which thats fine. Im happy with the communication ban i can deal with that but the permanemt
ban just makes my depression and anxeity at a all time low

Playing video games and being online with my two close friends and my only brother helps me through life but sadly at this time one of the only few things I love doing in this world has been taken away from me

Im hoping I can get this sorted out ive never had luck in the past but I do know some people on xbox have it in for me, if giving their gamertags will help sought this out then thats fine, I just dont want to lose all the hours and money spent go to waste
because of my past actions or of false reports

Account case review?

Your rep will only show on your console if it falls into "needs work" or "avoid me".

You can always check your rep & what reports you've received in the past 6 months on the enforcement site
here

As for the case review inquiry thing,you will only have a case review on your account if you have filed for one due to enforcement action.

As rep is nothing to do with support it sounds like someone has just given you some incorrect info as they did not know what else to say,something phone/chat support do often.

 

Not able to submit a case review?

Using my banned account "Tman1250", Im trying to submit a case review for my permenantly banned account. when I try to submit my case review it checks my eligibility and it always says "You must have an applicable active enforcement action." I've talked
with support and have tried posting on other forums. please, I just want to submit a case review so that my unfairly banned account can be under the review it needs. dont understand how this is a problem.

 

Retaliating online is a breach of the Code of Conduct and subject to enforcement acts. Rest assured that every report gets investigated before a suspension is issued.

Just make sure to compile the questionaire correctly to file for a case review

 

I understand that, thats why I am fine with the communication ban I knew I screwed up there when i sent the message to the bloke.

Ill do my best to complete the questionaire Im just not the best at reading and understanding things, took me long enough to type all that and try to get it out perfectly without sounding agressive or anything along those lines
