Fill large areas with blocks quickly

hi, is there a way to fill large areas with blocks quickly rather than one at a time. I have read there's a fill command on the pc version but can't find anything for Xbox .

This would be a good feature and save loads of time when building large structures and worlds

Flickering blocks appearing in Battlefield 4

When playing Battlefield 4 lots of flickering blocks appear in certain areas of the game. The blocks quickly appear and then disappear. They seem to mostly appear in areas of low light. The blocks are dark and quite small, but larger than a single pixel
(maybe 10px by 10px if I had to put a figure on it). Is this likely to be a fault with the Xbox One or the game and is it likely to be fixed by a patch? I'm not sure if I should return the game or if the Xbox needs to be replaced. :-( The issue only happens
in the game. This is the only game I have so I'm unable to test it with another game.

the seed "notch" is really good. Mainly consists of large, flat open grassy areas, and there is a Dungeon a few blocks under the surface with a second Dungeon a few blocks beneath the first one. Definitely worth checking out!

 

No not yet, there are no commands on Xbox One.
