    I'm trying to get something done about a player who team kills, team flashes, and only uses mic to play music? I've already avoided him and filed a complaint on my Xbox but it keeps allowing him to follow me. any help would be appreciated. His name is "DiamondLife54"

    Filing a complaint

    There is no set time frame given out as to when you can expect some action to be taken regarding a complaint. All you can do is report something you feel needs reporting, the XBLPET will take it from there and do what they feel is appropriate in their
    own time.

    Short version: no one knows. Filing complaint about a player :)

    But I will say try not to be tempted to file more complaints thinking that will speed up the process, it wont.

    There's no way to have your rank reset. This is an issue with old games like Call of Duty so unfortunately there's nothing you can do about your rank now. You should file a complaint against the player(s) involved though so they're appropriately dealt with.
