    Okay, so recently I started playing Gears of War 3 with friends now most of us know 95% of the people on there now mod so I'm in this one match with this player who has modded his account to have Epic Metal Skins and Epic Employee badges so I kindly after
    he cursed me out I said Sir, as an Xbox Ambassador I highly suggest you don't mod it's against Code of Conduct, then these are the responses I get from him.

    Filing a complaint is the only way to report a player to the enforcement team.

    xbox and or wifi haking moding reports.

    The only way to report a player is by filing a complaint via the console.

    As an ambassador you should know the reporting procedure.

    I don`t see how cheating in front of an ambassador is any different to cheating in front of anyone else.

    You should also know that posting links to images containing someones gamertag & offensive messages is not allowed on the forums.

    Owens right,your just a regular xbox live user like the person who sent you the messages.

    Yes, I know what I was suppose to do and Yes I've done every procedure I wasn't trying to act special or anything I am tired of reporting something and along with others who have reported players in the past & present nothing ever gets looked into and I
    do apologize if I did break any big rules Xbox Staff. It's true though & really don't understand how you got the idea that I thought I was special or whatever I never did state that? I was clearly just advising the player never said that you must do this or
    that whatever I just advised, clearly stated.

    Account Suspension

    Support was incorrect in that aspect. File Complaint is the one to choose to report the player. Player Review does nothing.

    Once you have filed a complaint then avoid and block the player.
