Filing a complaint help?

Is there a higher up at Microsoft/xbox that I can email with a formal complaint?

I've been trying to get an issue resolved with a single game not reading in my xbox. Namely Black Ops 3, and I asked them to give me a digital copy of the game to replace mine, as I just bought zombie chronicles today awaiting the release tonight.

They wouldnt do it because I didnt specifically buy the game through Microsoft, even though I'm currently 7+ years on xbox live, multiple consoles through the generations, and all they would offer me is 2 months free xbox live, which I happily declined because
I won't be giving anymore money to them after today.

So I didn't buy the game through microsoft, who cares. Whats the difference between this and when I bought my old 360 (not through microsoft), yet they had no problem paying the shipping and repair costs to have the RRoD repairs TWICE?

I want to know who I can email to complain about this and maybe a higher up can look past one single digital code of a game to keep a "valued customer" (their words).

I feel like anything but valued at this point, and want to express this to someone who will listen.

Filing a complaint

There is no set time frame given out as to when you can expect some action to be taken regarding a complaint. All you can do is report something you feel needs reporting, the XBLPET will take it from there and do what they feel is appropriate in their
own time.

Short version: no one knows.

But I will say try not to be tempted to file more complaints thinking that will speed up the process, it wont.

The reason they repaired your 360 was because it was under warranty.

Like everything else,if you want a replacement for a faulty item you bought then you need to take it back to the retailer you originally bought it from.It's nothing whatsoever to do with Microsoft if you didn't buy it from them.

I've been with xbox for twice the time you have & it would be exactly the same for me.

If you were really offered 2 months of xbox live you should consider yourself extremely lucky as they didn't have to offer you anything.
