    Connectivity to the 343i servers through the fileshare system is pretty buggy. Some accounts show up just fine, while others have some issues. You'll just have to give it a while to reload. Try it several times throughout the day.

    Hello Mitchell,

    We thank you for bringing this inquiry to our forums community, and understand that this concerns an inability to access to items that your friend is sharing with you on your Xbox One console.

    If you happen to be inquiring about Xbox One home console sharing, which allows an account to share games and subscriptions to an
    Xbox One console and therefore allowing any account to sign in and use said content, then the IP address would not be the cause. If the console isn't recognizing your friend's account as the home console, you can attempt to
    power cycle the console as already suggested, or have your friend sign into his account and check to ensure that they still show
    as the home console.

    Try this out for us and then let us know the results.
