File failed to save? HELP??

ive been playing forza horizon because my friend says its a pretty good game, even though its a few years old. so ive been playing and when i fully upgraded my Skylike, for some reason it says the file failed to save. i looked on forums and it says its because
of modding. thing is, i didnt mod. so now im confused and whenever i go to my cars list the car that the file failed to save popped up, the car doesnt show. if anyone has any solutions id be happy to know. Thanks!!

You should go to the console under recent players to find him to report him.

Do not call out players on the Forum.

If you mis filed an complainant - the support team will look into it but won't take any action.

I think I might have had the exact same issue, but I managed to sort mine, here is what I did (fairly easy)

Go to your dashboard, then go to your setting, in there go to console setting and storage settings.

When you are in the storage settings find Forza Horizon and open it up, there should be several save files in there and one (or more) files with an yellow warning circle, those you can delete (nothing else to do I am afraid)

You should not loose any game progress as that is a separate file, and if you have not saved any setups in the past you wont lose any either, I am not sure if anything else is in the same file, like photos and such since I have not saved anything other then
car upgrades.

Anyways, that fixed my issue, hope this helps others with the same or similar issues!

It worked for me! I had to delete all files... I had one app file and two "save game" files... just deleting the app file failed to help the problem...

Nevermind. As soon as I posted, I thought to check my HD for them. Then I thought to scroll to the bottom since the save would be from "2005". Then I realized the game probably does the same thing. Sorry about that! Was scared I lost all those hours!

Thanks everyone, looks like a corrupt save online - finally managed to glimpse the syncing window and always crashes here. Am trying to interrupt and make new save file but if that fails Xbox Support hopefully can help.

Hi there

Fallout 4 only let's you save a certain amount before it no longer let's you save even if you have lots of HD space.

Also if you are using mods for the game some mods you can download sometimes stop the game from saving.

If you are using mods you could try deleting some of them and trying to save the game again just in case it is a mod that you have installed
