    I still see the File Explorer installed on my Xbox One (Alpha Dashboard user). If it isn't visible under Apps (Installed), have you checked the Ready to install section or searching for it in the Microsoft Store?

    Another alternative app that may help you out is the VLC app which you should be able to find in the Microsoft Store if you don't already have it installed.

    File Explorer is no longer available on Xbox One. The app has been removed due to limited usage.

    That works for removable storage like a USB stick but not for the files stored on the actual hard drive of the Xbone.

    This is probably the go to method. Ill miss being able to use custom minecraft maps though.
