    ok so yesterday I reported some guy named '[Mod Removed]' for using a mod menu and aimbot and all kinds of hacks on Call of duty with me and my friends and he was messing with us so then I reported him and he got banned, but then the next
    day he joined my game on COD online and he was again using a mod menu, so can you give him a console ban or something like that?

    You are not allowed to call out other tags on the forums. Use the dashboard reporting tools to report him (go to his bio and select File Complaint then follow the instructions). Then block him.

    Each complaint is investigated by the enforcement team, so it's not an automated system. If they find nothing wrong, then nothing happens. If they do find something wrong, then they take the appropriate action.
