some kid killed me and my friend online in siege and when i asked why he said because my friend took his character. I called him a "**** child" and said i was going to report him to ubisoft. He reported me and MS justified his report and banned my communications
for 24 hours.

I checked my enfornceme and im a good player and i only have one report which was him. So Xbox refuses to allow you contact support because they know their system is flawed and force you to file for a review that can take up to 24 hours...weird thats the
duration of my ban...hmmm. So being furious that Xbox is punishing me for doing nothing wrong but paying that for a service that they feel they have the right to remove without a refund. So i apply for a review and im met with **** secuirty awareness questionaire
like im at work.

If you get two questions wrong you cant file for a review for 24 hours.

So yes im filing a complaint to BBB on Microsoft. The kid reporting is a problem but the company u justily banning me and then putting ridiculous barriers to prevent you from contacting them about it.

Sorry for any errors im on a phone. This isnt fair. I already hate this console and my friend forced me to buy it and this happens. This has never, never happened on playstation and never will. Communicating isnt a priviledge and it shouldnt be.

@OP-Stop cheating. That would solve all of your issues.

 

They suspended you because you said something that violated the code of conduct. The rules you agreed to when you signed up. It has nothing to do with what the other kid did.

Playstation does have similar rules.
