I lost my ambassador status due to my son going on to my account without my permission while I was sleeping, He sent a vulgar message to someone and I was penalized for it. My son is 8 years old, We already had a long talk with him and I have added a numerical pin to use my Xbox. I have been an ambassador for awhile and because my 8 year old did something, I am being penalized for it. I suffer with PTSD and being apart of the ambassador team helped give me comfort because I had such a huge gaming family. When I saw that I had lost my status it really hurt me, I have been helping fellow gamers for awhile now. When I lost that status I felt that I lost another piece of myself

If you're able to, you can try going to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review for the suspension.

As far as the Ambassador program, you can email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff. However, without a successful case review from the enforcement team, you most likely will not be able to rejoin.

and the case review system isnt legal. a questionaire thats just to get rid of kids.

That because account tampering cannot be applied since it on the Xbox servers not your console

It's not something you can unprove since your account is online

Not all suspensions/bans are eligible for a review and that is most likely the case for yours.
