if you are going to play cod and your service is down listen to this these instructions

first when you start up advance warfare it will prompt you saying that you can not syn but you must then click go offline and then enter the multiplayer and then xbox live and you should be able to play. at least that work for me

So i figured it out

what you have to do is close the xbox and ms store apps go to setting then apps then go down to gaming services, select it then click advanced options then reset, it will uninstall gaming services, and reinstall it and boom worked for me just open the xbox app and happy gaming

This is occurring currently because xbox services are down. Just give them time to figure out the issue and restore services.

this happened to me on my Comcast account.. took me a week to figure it out!

click on tools, go down to compatibility view settings, click it and add xbox.com this should fix your problem.

You don't have to pay them to fix it, it's under warranty. I'm still trying to figure out what is going in with yours, is it like the stick get stuck in the "down" or clicked position?

If you go to the Xbox service center you can request a repair on the controller, it stinks that you are having issues.
