    Figured it out

    For those of you who have skins but can't use them, try highlighting the 'continue story' icon, press Y to go to marketplace, find your skin you have that has a check mark beside it, download it again, then after it's done and you exit it will take you back
    to the title screen and say it's downloading marketplace stuff. Next click on continue story and there should be another screen that opens first asking which skin you want to use.

    Figured it out.

    Is this in reference to the non-depositing of Rewards points, and the emails saying that our 'accounts need updating'?

    If so, how did you go about 'confirming' your email address?

    Thanks in advance for any help.
