Figure out why I randomly got banned

Your post is a little confusing.

1. You say you looked on enforcement and it shows that you have a ban till March 12th.

2. Then you say you look at your account at the Microsoft site and it does not show an enforcement.

A communications suspension on a Xbox profile would be handled by the enforcement team on their website enforcement.xbox.com This is the ONLY site that will show a Xbox profile suspension so I am not sure what site you were trying to look at on Microsoft
that would show you a suspension.

Like the other posters have said it will not give you specifics on what you were suspended for it will just tell you something like this profile engaged in hateful communications (that is just an example not necessarily what you did) If the suspension is
eligible when you go to the enforcement teams website and click on the orange hammer on the front page it will show you all of the enforcement actions that have ever been placed against the account and if the suspension is eligible there would be a button
there that says apply for a review.

Use a different browser preferably not chrome or safari

Firefox or edge works.best

Also they will.never go into.details about your suspension becuase of the privacy and security of the network

And yes we seen people actual retailiate on forums against said users usually complaining about punishment for retailiation.after they retailiate on the person after the suspension

Reports can be from weeks or months ago you are never told who or what action other then the type of suspension cauaes your suspension

So, after playing offline games on my xbox for a few days, I joined a friends party and spoke to him. During this I got comm banned suddenly, and now I can't send messages, the normal thing. The thing is though, I did nothing and got comm banned.
I looked on enforcement and now I have a ban going until March 12, and not why,but when I look on my account on Microsoft site it says I have no enforcements. I'm confused as I'm getting conflicting info, and enforcements says Microsoft support cant help.
What can I do to resolve this situation or at least figure out why exactly I got banned so I can avoid this problem in the future?On a side note, it happened when xbox sent me a msg saying my reputation rose to needs improvement. If it also helps I streamed
metro exodus a day prior but no nudity

Go to enforcement.xbox.com and check if your case is up for an review. A ban is not always for something you did recently as the Enforcement Team has to check every report or violation of the terms of use. On the forum there is nothing we can do.
